Ryan Tack-Hooper is Legal Director for the ACLU of Delaware. Since 2015, he has worked to defend the civil liberties of Delawareans through litigation and public advocacy. He has represented many clients in cases involving prisoners' rights, police accountability, free speech, government transparency, and equitable treatment in schools. He has been a Lecturer in Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is a graduate of New York University School of Law and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jerome B. Simandle, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
