In Delaware, 86% of landlords have legal representation in court eviction proceedings, but only 2% of renters have representation. Delaware has an opportunity to level the playing field by securing the right to representation for eviction defense statewide. The Delaware Right to Representation for Eviction Defense Campaign (DE RTR) is working to make that opportunity into law.
