This Act, known as the James Johnson Sentencing Reform Act, named for Representative JJ Johnson, makes significant changes to the sentencing laws in Delaware. 
 
Removes Title 16 drug offenses from the Title 11 violent felony list, expand sentence modification opportunities for those who have served a significant portion of their sentence and pose no substantial public safety threat, and creates a Sentencing Commission that will create new
sentencing guidelines.
