Damia joined ACLU-DE in August 2025 as a policy and advocacy intern while she pursues a Master's degree in social work from Delaware State University. As an Intervention Specialist and Youth Action Board Coordinator with the West End Neighborhood House Life Lines Program, she works closely with young adults who have aged out of foster care and unaccompanied youth, providing guidance, support, and advocacy to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Damia also holds a Bachelor's degree in human services from Goldey-Beacom College. Outside of work, she volunteers with the Food Bank of Delaware and the Ronald McDonald House, where she continues her commitment to serving others.
