Gelina brings experience in nonprofit communications, grassroots organizing, and public interest work—most recently as Marketing and Communications Associate at Shelterforce, a leading publication on housing justice. A proud immigrant and advocate for marginalized communities, she is passionate about protecting civil liberties and expanding access to opportunity across Delaware.
