In observance of National Homeless Persons' Memorial Day (on 12/21), Homeless Planning Council of Delaware will hold a remembrance event on Friday, December 20th.

The event will include a memorial for the homeless in Delaware and across the country, and a press conference unveiling HPC's nationally-aligned strategic plan to end homelessness in Delaware.

In addition, HPC and Keep Selling Properties of New Castle have partnered to give away a newly-renovated house to a homeless family.
