The ACLU of Delaware and the Delaware: Police Accountability NOW Campaign have big goals for police accountability and transparency. Join us at the foot of Legislative Hall to hear from Delaware leaders and impacted people about why passing SB 149 is vital to keep communities safe from police abuse and restore and sustain trust between communities and law enforcement.

After the rally, we'll call legislators, sign postcards and send them to the Legislative Hall for delivery.
