Andrew joined the ACLU of Delaware in 2023 after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. During his law school career, Andrew worked as a certified legal intern for the Civil Practice Clinic working with with indigent clients on a variety of matters including landlord tenant disputes and consumer debt cases. Andrew also worked as a certified legal intern in the Advocacy for Racial and Civil Justice Clinic where he helped lead the clinic's education equity efforts. Andrew served as Vice President of the Carey Law School's Democracy Law Project where he began working closely with the ACLU of Delaware and other partners on voting rights protections.

Andrew joined the ACLU of Delaware as a Cozen Voting Rights Fellow before transitioning to Civic Engagement Counsel in November 2023. His efforts focus on pushing back against attacks on voting rights, and advocating for reforms and improvements to expand access to the ballot for all voters.
