Bio
Kyle joined the ACLU of Delaware in 2026 as a Dr. Sadie T.M. Alexander Postgraduate Legal Fellow after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. During law school, Kyle was a Toll Public Interest Fellow and received the Exceptional Pro Bono Service Award. Kyle was a board member of the Custody and Protection Project, where he provided legal assistance to pro se litigants in Philadelphia Family Court. Kyle was also a board member of the Civil Rights Law Project and a volunteer for the Democracy Law Project, through which he worked closely with ACLU-DE. Kyle was especially proud to serve as Co-Commissioner of the Penn Law Bowling League during his 3L year.
Kyle first worked at ACLU-DE during Summer 2024 as a legal intern, and went on to intern with the New York Civil Liberties Union Education Policy Center and Education Law Center PA. As a Dr. Alexander Fellow, Kyle will complete a two-year project focused on advancing racial justice through voting rights and education equity advocacy.
