Stacey Taggart is a graduate social work student at Delaware State University who is dedicated to advancing justice and strengthening communities through advocacy and service. Her path into social work is rooted in a deep commitment to helping others navigate systems that often feel overwhelming or inequitable.
Stacey was an AFSCME member for over 10 years, Stacey believes strongly in collective voice, worker protections, and the power of people coming together to create change. She brings compassion, collaboration, and a community-centered approach to her work and is passionate about promoting civil rights, equity, and access for all.
