ACLU-DE seeks highly motivated students for internship positions throughout the year for work involving a wide range of civil liberties and civil rights issues. We currently offer communications, graphic design, legal and general internships. Summer legal internships are required to be full-time.

General Information

All interns should expect to commit no less than 8-10 hours per week, but your time commitment and schedule will be worked out with your assigned supervisor. Internships are unpaid. Interns are encouraged to apply for academic credit or to seek funds through public interest fellowships and with your law school for work-study stipends.

Applicants for internships should have an interest in civil liberties and civil rights and the time, initiative and energy to see projects to completion.
