Abortion Rights: Litigation, Legislation, and Liberation

July 7, 2022 @ 7:00 pm

In the wake of the Supreme Court's Dobbs v. Jackson decision, we will not back down.

With the fall of Roe v. Wade, we will be in court, we will work with legislators to protect abortion rights, and most importantly, we will head to the polls – to vote in favor of legislators who will champion abortion protection for all.

Hear from experts on reproductive health, rights, and justice about recent updates and direction for doing the timely and vital work to keep abortion legal and accessible for all.

Panelists include:

  • Elisabeth Smith, director, state policy & advocacy, Center for Reproductive Rights;
  • Susan Cohen, vice president for public policy (retired), Guttmacher Institute;
  • Kelly Nichols, nurse practitioner, Planned Parenthood of Delaware; and
  • Shané Darby, founder, Black Mothers in Power.

Admission is free for Amicus Society members and the general public.
Admission for attorneys who seek CLE credit but are not Amicus Society members is $50.

Attorneys who attend are eligible for one hour of Continuing Legal Education credit.
