DVRC Town Hall: How Will Delawareans Vote in 2022?

November 8, 2021 @ 6:30 pm
@ 8:00 pm

More Delawareans voted in the 2020 elections than ever before, in large part due to increased access through emergency vote-by-mail legislation.

While 2022 welcomes a host of voting rights firsts, including automatic voter registration and early voting, questions remain about whether First State voters will be able to vote by mail again.

Join the ACLU of Delaware and the Delaware Voting Rights Coalition for a panel presentation and discussion where we will explore questions on how voters cast their ballots in 2020, what changes are in store for 2022, and what alternatives may be utilized to protect and advance our voting rights in the coming legislative session.

Presenters & Panelists include:

  • U.S. Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester

  • Anthony Albence, Department of Elections Commissioner

  • Sen. Marie Pinkney

  • Sen. Kyle Evans Gay

  • Rep. Sherry Dorsey Walker

  • Rep. David Bentz

  • Claire Snyder-Hall, Common Cause Delaware

  • Evelyn Brady, Network Delaware

Admission is free.

Registration is required to receive the Zoom attendee link. Zoom event will be recorded. This year's event will be virtual via Zoom and streamed on our Facebook page.
