The Second Chance Record Clearance Clinic will be held on Tuesday, October 24th from 1:30pm – 4:30pm, at the Wilmington JPMC Bank Branch — 840 N. Market Street Wilmington, DE 19801.
Please note:
- We can only assist with Delaware convictions.
- Financial assistance will be available for all associated fees.
- Pre-registration is strongly recommended but walk-in services will be available.
