The ACLU of Delaware is pleased to announce that we are now accepting nominations for the 34th annual Kandler Memorial Awards. Each year, we remember Gerry Kandler, former president of the ACLU of Delaware, and honor the work of members of the community who exemplify his tireless commitment to the defense of all Delawareans’ civil liberties.
Please consider nominating someone you believe has “made an indelible mark on our community as an advocate and defender of civil liberties.”
Submissions should include:
- The candidate’s name
- The candidate’s biography
- A brief explanation of why the candidate should be considered
Nominations are open to the public. All nominations should be submitted by April 2nd to Operations & Administrative Coordinator Angela Harris:
