Delaware’s probation system is driving incarceration rates, and not by new crimes, but minor probation violations. Instead of probation focusing on the rehabilitation and support of returning citizens, it works more like a revolving prison door for those caught in a broken system.

Join us on Thursday, May 18 at 12 pm for a VIRTUAL conversation with John Reynolds, ACLU-DE Clean Slate Delaware Campaign Manager, and Kimberly Buddin, National ACLU, Senior Policy Counsel National Political Advocacy Department- Justice Division to discuss the local and national movements to reform probation and how our legal community can help move the needle.

CLE CREDIT AVAILABLE.

Admission is free for Amicus Society members in good standing* and for the general public.

Amicus Society members receive free CLE credit for attendance. Admission for attorneys who seek CLE credit but are not Amicus Society members is $50.

Attorneys who attend are eligible for one hour of Continuing Legal Education credit.

Registration is required to receive the Zoom attendee link. Zoom event will be recorded.
