While the new year welcomes a host of voting rights firsts in Delaware, there still remain many questions about access to the ballot in 2022. Join the Delaware Voting Rights Coalition in advocating for HB 75, the bill for no-excuse absentee voting, at our virtual Advocacy Day!

HB 75 is the final leg of a constitutional amendment that would eliminate the limitations on Delaware voters' ability to vote by absentee ballot in our state Constitution. Representatives Hensley, Ramone, Shupe, and Smith all voted for this amendment in 2019, but we need constituents to ask these legislators to vote yes, again, to pass this necessary change to increase voters' access to the ballot box.

To prepare for the January 26 meetings with these legislators, we'll meet for a training on Monday, January 24, at 1 p.m. If you can't make it to the training, we'll send you a recording of this meeting for you to watch anytime before the meeting with your legislator.
