The tour begins with an overview of the Delaware legislative process, including how a bill becomes law. Participants will then break into small advocacy teams to observe a live committee meeting and engage directly with legislators in at least one meeting. The experience concludes with a group debrief and next-steps conversation, helping volunteers reflect on what they learned and how to stay engaged in ongoing advocacy efforts.
