Virtual Briefing: 2026 Legislative Priorities

January 21 · 6:00pm - 7:15pm

Virtual
2026 Legislative Priorities Our plan to protect people, not power.

In 2025, the ACLU of Delaware community came together to make it clear: when we, the people, see attacks on our democracy and freedoms, we will not be silenced.

From an unprecedented attack on immigrant communities to a wave of new voter suppression efforts, we showed up. We do this work because we believe “We the People” means all of us, and we are committed to continuing the fight for liberty and justice for all Delawareans especially for our most vulnerable populations.

We now look forward to the start of the 2026 legislative session more prepared than ever. Join us on Wednesday, January 21, from 6 - 7:15 p.m. for a virtual public briefing on our 2026 legislative priorities. This sneak peek will provide insight into the issues and bills we will be working on this year, and how you can best support our work in:

  • Immigrants' rights
  • Justice reform
  • Privacy and technology
  • Voting rights

This event will be held virtually via Zoom. Registration is required.
