The Smart Justice Kent County Chapter meetings are a platform for Kent County residents to get involved with criminal justice reform in Kent County and across Delaware.

Our volunteer chapter is looking for more members to help us reform the justice system.

This workshop will describe Delaware’s expungement eligibility criteria and how the expungement process works. Workshop attendees can sign up to have their records screened for expungement eligibility.
