Showing up early to cast your ballot is worth celebrating – come party at the polls with us! We’re hosting a party to celebrate voting participation in Delaware. Early voters will get a chance to connect with other voters, enjoy some food and music, and take pride in civic participation with your community! Parties are free to attend and open to the public. We encourage you to bring your family, your friends, and your “I voted!” sticker.

Are you passionate about fighting injustice in Delaware? Come learn about how probation reform can combat our state’s high incarceration rate, improve family stability, increase healthcare access, and more. You’ll meet fellow advocates and hear from community members with real, lived experience in Delaware’s justice system. Attendees will also be the first to know about upcoming opportunities to volunteer and advocate for reform.

Attendees will hear Lee Levine, author of In Bad Faith: Earl Caldwell and the Fight for a Free Press, and Otis Sanford, author of Newsman: The Road from Route 2, Box 9, speak about their respective works addressing journalism, racial justice, and the importance of a free press. Both books will be available for sale and for signing at the event.
