Last week, Delaware held its 2024 school board elections on Tuesday, May 14, concluding the ACLU of Delaware and Delaware Voting Rights Coalition’s DVRC) third year of voter education efforts aimed at increasing voter participation and engagement in school board races.

The future of education can seem daunting, and you might feel powerless to help. However, there is an easy way to have a serious impact on the success of education in Delaware: voting in your school board election on Tuesday, May 14. 

Student success should come from celebrating achievement, not punishing children’s behavior.
