Community Organizations Call on Governor Carney to Prevent Mass Evictions Amid COVID-19

The Delaware and 19 other American Civil Liberties Union affiliates sent letters today to local elected officials across the country urging them to issue or expand statewide moratoria against evictions and utility shut-offs and commit to preventing mass evictions after these moratoria end.
