On September 6, Kathy Jennings won the primary to become the Democratic candidate for Attorney General on the ballot in November. Over the course of the primary race, she committed to a variety of criminal justice reforms.

We know criminal justice reform is important, but we can’t make those changes happen without every-day citizens getting out there and voting for candidates who are committed to change. That’s why we’re launching the Carry My Own Vote initiative through the Campaign for Smart Justice in Delaware.

Delaware’s criminal justice, economic and educational systems need some fundamental changes, and we’re the people willing to drive that change. It’s time for all of us to join together with a bold “People’s Platform” that highlights the direction we Delawareans want to take our state.
