The ACLU of Delaware is stepping in to represent David Holloman, an incarcerated man at a Delaware prison, whose attempt to boycott GLT tablets was unconstitutionally repressed by prison officials.

Delaware will become the fourth state to provide right to representation for renters facing eviction.
