The ACLU of Delaware has filed a federal complaint today against Attorney General Kathy Jennings and the City of Wilmington in response to unconstitutional soliciting and loitering statutes.

The ACLU of Delaware is stepping in to represent David Holloman, an incarcerated man at a Delaware prison, whose attempt to boycott GLT tablets was unconstitutionally repressed by prison officials.
