House Bill 96 promotes accountability by requiring reports on federal agency requests for data or assistance related to immigration status.

House Bill 88 would enable the General Assembly to enact laws for the registration of voters without restrictions on the period in which registration must be closed prior to an election. This would remove constitutional barriers which currently prevent same-day voter registration.​

House Bill 60 strengthens Division of Motor Vehicle rules to ensure personal data is protected, including information that may reveal immigration or citizenship status.

House Bill 44 ensures the continued operation of Delaware’s Migrant Education Program.

Senate Bill 2 (SB 2) will guarantee that early in-person voting is safeguarded for Delaware voters. Early in-person voting reduces Election Day wait times, improves election administration by allowing officials to address issues in advance, and increases voter participation.

Senate Bill 3 would allow all registered voters to vote by mail without needing an excuse, and protects permanent absentee voter status.
