ACLU-DE hosted the first of a series of two free screenings of the acclaimed documentary, From Selma to Stonewall: Are We There Yet?, this weekend at the Unitarian Universalists of Southern Delaware in Lewes. The next screening will be held Sunday, June 11 in Wilmington. CLE CREDIT AVAILABLE.

The Delaware Voting Rights Coalition is increasing voter education efforts ahead of the 2023 School Board Elections on Tuesday, May 9. DVRC’s public education campaign includes a print and digital version of the school board voter guide, available in both English and Spanish.

Today state lawmakers introduced a critical piece of legislation, House Bill 110, that would ensure that people on Medicaid, private insurance, and state insurance plans are able to access abortion care without financial burden.
