The Rights of Transgender Students in Delaware

The ACLU is helping Gavin Grimm fight discriminatory policies against transgender people in Virginia. This comes after the U.S. Department of Justice said public schools are no longer obligated to allow transgender students to use the restroom that fits their gender identity.
