On June 13 and 14, over 300 Clean Slate advocates from around the country gathered in Philadelphia for the third annual Clean Slate Initiative Convening.

While Senate Bill 4 did not pass this session, there are many things that advocates can notch as significant victories as we look ahead to making 2025 the year probation reform becomes a reality in Delaware.
