With less than two months remaining for eligible voters to register to vote, request an absentee ballot, and return that ballot in time for the November 8, 2022 General Election, we’re calling for the Delaware Department of Corrections (DDOC) to ensure access to voting in their facilities.

Voters have made it clear where we stand on vital issues affecting our civil liberties – now we need to vote our values in the Primary and General Elections.

Wednesday, August 31, is the first day Delawareans are able to vote early in the 2022 Primary Election. Early voting, which runs from August 31 to September 11, allows voters the opportunity to cast their ballot in person on a date that works for them.

The Votamos, We Vote Coalition, Delaware’s first statewide coalition of advocates working toward advancement of our Latinx/Hispanic communities, has launched a public education website aimed at voter and civic engagement in the First State’s Latinx/Hispanic communities.

This initiative, coordinated by Attorney General Kathy Jennings, with support from ACLU-DE, Planned Parenthood DE, and other advocates, will provide free legal advice & information on abortion care in Delaware.
