Today, September 17, is Constitution Day. The U.S. Constitution is an enduring document that formed the foundation of America. It designed our government by creating checks and balances and establishing fundamental rights. It’s also a living document that can be added to and amended to address new problems or situations.  

While the VRA was a leap forward for voting rights, the struggle against discrimination is far from over. Join our Every Vote Counts campaign efforts to expand and protect democracy in Delaware.

Since January, we’ve been working hard on issues like immigrants' rights, probation reform, and gender justice. Here’s a quick snapshot of what we accomplished, what is left to be done, and ways you can stay involved.
