Please fill out the below questionnaire at the registration link to pre-register for a one-on-one meeting with an attorney. On the day, please bring your ID and any paperwork you may have. If you need financial assistance, please bring your ID and social security number. Funds are available for obtaining certified criminal records, as well as the adult expungement filing fee.
The clinic will be held on Saturday, November 18th, from 12:00pm - 4:00pm, at the Latin American Community Center - Manuelita Olsen Building, 301 N Harrison St. Wilmington, DE 19805.
We can only help with Delaware convictions.
