Tom is the Managing Director of Strategic Merchant Relationships for JPMorgan Chase in Wilmington. He comes with extensive nonprofit volunteer experience. In his more than 15 years with the MS Society, he held many positions, including head of the national volunteer leadership council. Tom is a strong believer in the need to actively defend and protect the rights granted by the Constitution, especially for those who may not have a voice. He’s energized by the ACLU’s work supporting religious and cultural minorities.
