Casey joined the ACLU of Delaware after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2023. During her time in law school, Casey advocated for gender justice through internships at the National Clearinghouse for the Defense of Battered Women, the Women’s Law Project, and the ACLU Women’s Rights Project. She also participated in the Civil Practice Clinic as a certified legal intern, where she worked on cases involving workplace justice and gender discrimination.

Casey was a Toll Public Interest Fellow, and competed as a finalist in the Keedy Cup Moot Court Competition. As a part of the ACLU-DE team, she is eager to continue fighting for the rights, equity, and dignity of all people.
