Read our last newsletter of the year!
Welcome to a year in Trump's America.
Last year’s Winter edition of Connection opened with a statement from Anthony Romero, the executive director of the national ACLU. Anthony made a promise to President Donald Trump: “If you do not reverse course and instead endeavor to make (your) campaign promises a reality, you will have to contend with the full firepower of the ACLU at every step. Our staff of litigators and activists in every state, thousands of volunteers, and millions of card-carrying supporters are ready to fight against any encroachment on our cherished freedoms and rights.”
Read this quarter's newsletter to find out what ACLU-DE has done to combat Trump's trample of civil liberties and where we hope to go from here.
This is your CONNECTION. If you are interested in receiving a copy of this quarterly newsletter, please reach out to our Communications Manager, Morgan Keller, at [email protected].
